The Tap Project in Your City
Last year, the Tap Project launched with the help of hundreds of restaurants in New York City. By asking a minimum of $1 for the tap water diners normally enjoy for free, NYC restaurants made the project a huge success.
This year, we’re inviting restaurants across the country to participate from March 16 — March 22, 2008 (the final day being the United Nations’ World Water Day).
